Monbazillac is one of the most distinguished sweet wines in France and makes a serious challenge in quality and price to generic Sauternes. These are north facing and slopy vineyards South of Bergerac and the Dordogne valleys. The Gardonette river to the South facilitates the production of Botrytis Cinerea giving a unique “rôti” scent and flavour. Certified Organic since 2012. No animal products such as milk casein, egg whites nor any animal based gelatines used for fining.
